Shipping policy

All Orders are shipped via UPS or FEDEX and should arrive within 1 to 4 business days from the date the shipment was shipped out from the mail carrier.

 *Note because of COVID-19 and The Holidays there maybe a delay in shipping estimated time. 

Please note with the exception of Rush delivery the USPS does not guarantee transit times. On occasion it may take slightly longer for your package to arrive. This is typically due to routing errors or congestion during the holiday season. KCB LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Expedited delivery (1-2 days) transit time is guaranteed. If your Expedited delivery does not arrive on time please let us know and we will gladly refund your shipping cost. This option is not available at this time at checkout! 

We ship within 5-10 business days of purchase. (if you need your order sent ASAP feel free to email us at keturahscboutique1@yahoo.com and we will make sure your package is prepared and sent out as soon as possible. At this time there are some delays due to the holidays and also because of Covid-19! Please be patient with us as we try to ship out orders! You will be informed about your order once the package is shipped out. 

We provide a tracking number so you can check your package along the way! We will send you an email with the tracking number the same day your package is shipped. 

We ship anywhere in the US. We also ship to PO Boxes, Military addresses (APO)
